Insurance & payment

Several access routes are being developed.

Loza intends to participate with Medicare and many major commercial insurance plans. Confirmed participation will be posted only after contracts become effective.

Transparent self-pay visit pricing is planned for people without insurance or those choosing not to bill insurance. A membership option is also being evaluated, with final benefits and limitations to be reviewed before launch.

Insurance participation does not guarantee coverage for every service. Patients should confirm benefits with their plan.
